If you are a couple, a parent with one child, or someone who wants a second bedroom for an office or guests, the one bath at 923 square feet is usually the better value. You get the same kitchen, the same closet space, and the same private patio or balcony.
If you are sharing with a roommate, have two children, or host family regularly, the second bathroom is worth more than the extra square footage. Two adults on the same morning schedule almost always want two baths.
What Both Layouts Include
Every two bedroom home at Timber Creek includes a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer connections, high ceilings, oversized closets, and a private patio or balcony.
On the property you will find a swimming pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse and business center, covered parking, and a shaded picnic and grilling area. Timber Creek is gated with controlled access and residents have gate access 24 hours a day. Covered carport spaces are available for $30 per month.
Great place and atmosphere. The staff is amazing. They are so helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone if you are looking for a nice peaceful environment.
